Of stillness

I am You and You are I, we are individual grains of sand in the desert,  yet part of the whole,  always connected. 

We are love in form. We are light , life.  and as you choose so shall it be,  that too is our gift.  We are spiritual beings having a human experience.  Love eternally unfolding in the heart of stillness within us. We always want this, always wanted this but so often this is just a concept, but it is time to experience this, time to know.  Love is the awareness of oneness with all,   awakens into a liberation which is boundless.

Our divine spark is that which unites us with all that there is, the part of creation itself.  Recognition of the glory of our very being.  We do not have to learn this,  it is in all of us,  we just have to remember.  Realize and accept the glory of our very being, the perfect, the divine within and celebrate the living process in each being that is our mission.  Greet each moment with gratitude,  awe,  joy, wonder at its magnificence.

This is  truest form of experience of reality.  It is our connection to the divine,  the part of us that manifests the divine,  one with reality,  which is one with God/ Supreme Consciousness / Source. Often love is mistaken for the dependent duality, thinking that love depends on an other human. Real love is a divine romance arising from awareness within ones consciousness,  its a dance between form and formless.  Love is from within to without,  it is knowing that we are love. Know the path and live the part,  recognize the divine in the self and others.

When this awareness is experienced  we call forth our very own nature from the depths of our mind, this is what we naturally are seeking,  crave for. As this awareness manifests itself,  we have to become non-attached from it,  and totally surrender to it,  be fully immerse into it for the full experience.  So in fact non- attachment is really to be one with it, be it.

Through this `samadhi` may be experienced, this is not enlightenment but experience of enlightenment awareness  of what is real and what is not.  This is the actual purifying of the experience of life itself experiencing life. This is not a liberated state, it is not consciousness,  its a state that represents a progressive return of the natural state.

The term`samadhis` is full integration into form and almost an immersion into God.  A realization, or seeing which has not been seen before.  Even with the strongest ego,  it is sometimes to experience this, with an other but it is more important to experience it within the self.  Through this our awareness energy expands and our true nature revealed.  Realizing that reality and self are one, the physical experience of this awareness gives rise to joy, bliss, inner peace, compassion.

This state is reached when the mind is stilled through meditation or prayer. This state of bliss or love arises causelessly as nature itself.  Here your mind does not use you, but you use your mind.  With the former there is limited perspective because of the ego whose motivator is based on fear.

To live as love,  be immersed and be as awake as possible in awareness is to live with with a Christlike love. And is what true love,  authentic love is that is our birth right.  It matters not what or how you live your life as long as its in love, with love, through love every moment of the day and you will be filled with inner peace,  joy and happiness. Know the gift that we were given, which is that we are love.

So be still and know that I AM God
