New age

The buzz word today is ”spirituality”- things that word termed  rather bizarre  a number of years ago are in vogue now. But – I think we are hardly more spiritual that generations ago, maybe a touch- but that in creation hardly matters, for creation in every aspect takes much time; eons- and a human life is hardly a comparison to the evolution of creation- I don`t mean evolution in the Darwinian understanding, but God evolution.

The bookstores are filled with rows  and rows of  shelves stacked with books on  commonly referred as to books on “new age”; much on spirituality; angels and all kinds of white and black art and crafts which includes every thing from “A-strology--Z-oroastrianism”. Talking to the dead is a common event, even talking and having conversations with God. But do they?

 Mediums area dime a dozen; including a reality show with the “Long Island Medium” –who really knows nothing in my view. Conversations with spirits, angels faeries, spirits, old souls, walk ins and  the dearly departed are a daily occurrence-with messages to the questioner, yet nothing concrete is ever told-only strange, vague moments that often can apply to many in a room. Some get a sense of peace from this, that their love ones are in a safe place- which to them  is perhaps a godsend.

Numerous “Ascended Masters” relay special messages- of things to come –dated given, dated pass and nothing ever comes of it. Thus the moral of the story that all is a scam- for nobody knows anything, no one has special access to other dimensional information, or to the mind of God. If actually there is one it is a mystery and a deeply hidden one from us.

 At this point all this searching  is simply appeasement for the human spirit- who is ever seeking and answer  wishing, hoping that the human soul is perhaps just maybe-immortal and that this life is of importance in the scheme of things in the mind of the creator- or for me God. We so need  the assurance that we do not cease to exist after death. But who knows? Even people with deep, strong faith have the odd lingering doubt.

Though- one thing I do believe –that there are numerous dimensions, maybe parallel universes- but to interconnect or to go back and forth is at this point in our evolution is impossible- maybe when we evolve to a certain degree, or height or get a bit more enlightened; them perhaps we shall we allowed to access that information about other worlds, other dimensions, other existences.
